PLUS 7050 is a 34% solids, pigmented aqueous emulsion of water dispersible polymers and monomers, supplied with diazo powder sensitiser.

34% solids, extremely high resolution and printed edge definition with higher levels of durability. Extremely high levels of dispersion quality and cleanliness, which means that pinholes or bits in the screen are virtually eliminated. Resistant to a wide range of solvent, UV curing and water based inks. Specifically formulated for print operations in a controlled cleanliness environment.

First choice for the most critical of production environments. Although capable of printing very fine detail for the longest runs PLUS 7050 is a very easy and forgiving product to use.

Applications:
PLUS 7050 has been specifically formulated for ultra high quality applications in clean room production areas. Very high dispersion quality, and special filtration during manufacture, ensures no particles or pinholes during stencil production. PLUS 7050 has higher print durability than standard PLUS emulsions, which makes it ideal for other applications such as printed electronics and ceramic tile printing.
The product is capable of achieving very high resolution and image definition on fine polyester and stainless steel meshes. In addition, it has a wide processing latitude, and is removable after printing if required.
