CPS mesh preparation products enhance stencil adhesion and performance, and our reclaiming products ensure clean screens that are ready to be used on job after job. Link to www.cps.eu website
CPS Activator
CPS Activator is designed specifically for activating CPS Haze Remover Liquid and Haze Remover HV. Unlike most conventional solvents that are used in conjuction with haze removers, CPS Activator will not react to cause damage to the mesh. Available in 5 liter (1.32 gal.) containers.
CPS Aquastrip 21
Aquastrip 21, is a concentrated dual purpose zero VOC containing emulsion and ink remover.
CPS Degreaser Concentrate
CPS Degreaser Concentrate is a water-based mesh preparation that removes grease and contaminants from the screen prior to stencil application. It is offered in two concentrations: a standard 1:10/15 formula which is diluted with 10-15 parts of water for a ready to use product, and the CPS Drum Concentrate, which is mixed with 50-55 parts water for drum quantities of degreaser.
CPS Haze Remover HV
CPS Haze Remover HV is the original low-caustic gel, designed to remove ink and diazo stains from screen meshes after stencil removal. Haze Remover HV is applied to the mesh with a brush or coating trough and allowed to dry. Then CPS Activator is applied to both sides of the mesh, followed by a low-pressure rinse, and finally, a high pressure spray of water.
Conventional screen washes applied to the mesh in conjuction with haze removers (caustic or non-caustic) can damage the mesh. Always use CPS Activator with Haze Remover Liquid. Do not use standard screen washes.
A low-viscosity, fast drying alternative is available for use in hotter climates.
CPS Haze Remover Liquid
CPS Haze Remover Liquid is a low-caustic product that removes ink and diazo stains from screen meshes and is a faster drying alternative to CPS Haze Remover HV (high viscosity). Haze Remover Liquid is brushed on the mesh and allowed to dry, and it can be allowed to sit on the mesh for several days if necessary. Then CPS Activator is applied to both sides of the mesh, followed by a low-pressure rinse with water. For really tough stains, the CPS Activator can be left on the mesh for 5-10 minutes.
Conventional screen washes applied to the mesh in conjuction with haze removers (caustic or non-caustic) can damage the mesh. Always use CPS Activator with Haze Remover Liquid. Do not use standard screen washes.
CPS Stencil Remover Concentrate
CPS Stencil Remover is a concentrated periodate-based stencil reclaimer that is mixed with water to make a highly effective, ready-to-use product. One liter of Stencil Remover Concentrate 1:20/30 is mixed with 20-30 parts water to make approximately 5-8 gallons of reclaiming solution. Stencil Remover Drum Concentrate 1:50 is mixed in larger quantities. For high volume operations, mix a 1-gallon container into 50 gallons of water for a drum of ready-to-use product.
