Quadra IFS is the first generation system from MAI using affordable digital print technology to commercially produce high quality functional graphics, graphic overlays, durable label components and sample proofs. The Roland LEC330 printers are specially modified and configured to achieve MAI film output standards.
Aspect Quadra front-end hardware, software and ink are specially configured to optimize performance with MacDermid Autotype brand Industrial Film products, Autotex and Autoflex.
Quadra LEC330 is ideal for industrial graphic applications and will image films up to 29” in width with fine line and color graphics capabilities. Resolution flexibility provides a basis for a wide balance of speed, accuracy and droplet placement for the most demanding graphics. The precise operation of the Roland LEC printer allows for continuous roll-to-roll printing functionally for optimal efficiency. A flat bed option is also available. Quadra IFS for MTS / Graphic Overlay Applications
The Quadra IFS 330 system includes everything you need to output MTS and Graphic Overlay production parts, prototypes, and color proofs. The heart of the system is the Roland LEC330 high performance piezo head inkjet printer configured with the Quadra IFS Inkjet ink to output high quality, functional graphics at production speeds acceptable by inkjet technology standards.
MacDermid Autotype provides unlimited free access to the Aspect phone support team, full warranty of all system components for one year and full coverage on the printer for two years. Two days installation and on-site training are standard. On-site support and warranty service are provided by MacDermid and an optional preventative maintenance plan is available with new printers. Extended warranties and maintenance plans are also available after the initial year of operation.
